GRIM

Main Missions

Aims

The GRIM's objective is to encourage the emancipation of all non-written music towards new processes of creation. Bearing this in mind, it means to engage in and present activities that are representative of the best level of artistic production observed in this field. The GRIM conducts activities of creation, diffusion, and training in the fields of improvisation and new music. Under the direction of the artist Jean-Marc Montera, it welcomes national and international musicians for various activities: concerts, recordings, album productions, artist residencies and training.
